The Campsite
Isfield Camp is situated on a large flat floodplain in the tranquillity of a working farm with views of the South Downs. The rivers Uck and Ouse meet nearby providing a tranquil backdrop and the soothing sounds of running water. The site consists of a large open central area with plenty of nooks and crannies created by the meandering river, providing many large but sheltered pitches. There are different areas designated for families, groups and individuals, and everyone has access to a private firepit. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, as are VW style vans, who can camp alongside others in their group without a van. You can park alongside your camping area saving you from long heavy trips back and forth to the car. It is in a rural location, whose borders are dictated by the path of the beautiful River Uck, but it is still a very large space and the mown pitches, in well-spaced positions, will suit families, friends and couples alike.
